Saturation Map

A map tool for geocachers to find free spots in busy areas. Add caches around you and see exactly where there's still room for a new hide. Everything is stored locally on your device, no data is sent to any server.

How to start

  1. Add caches one at a time with the New cache button, or all at once by importing a CSV/TSV file.
  2. Test new hiding spots by right-clicking the map to drop a placeholder pin, copy its coordinates, and convert it to a real cache later.
  3. Edit anything by clicking a cache to change its information or drag it to move it on the map.
  4. Share your data by exporting your cache list as a CSV file to open on another device or share with a friend.
  5. Download new map.html after every session. Your caches live in temporary browser memory and can disappear at any time. Downloading saves them permanently into the file.

Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no tracking. Only the map tiles are loaded from the internet.
